Little stuff becomes big stuff

I loved this newsletter. It was sort of like a long sigh, which fit in with the Autumnal theme. Last line was GREAT.
In regard to "the little stuff that makes us tick"....
I used to lead a support group for people with anxiety and/or depression problems. Sometimes we talked about resolving crisis situations, but most of the time we dealt with the trivialities of daily life and how to respond to them in a wise and thoughtful manner, instead of simply reacting to them childishly. In time, and with practice, we became "new" people.
This can also be true in our spiritual lives, if we use the many opportunities we are confronted with each day to train ourselves to surrender our wills AT ONCE to God and accept all our little disappointments with grace and fidelity. These tiny nameless sacrifices can be the means by which we sanctify ourselves and our lives.
