Indeed our flame would be dim, and a snowflake melt with little heat; yet which of us knows who will be drawn to God by the delicate sparkle of a snowflake, and who by a brilliantly burning lamp? We ourselves are often unaware of how God uses us to light the way to Him for others in the darkness around us. So, as you reminded us, we should never believe the lie that God will not use us. What, who, how, when, where, and why are all for Him to determine. As I believe you also said, the important thing for us is to be available to Him. And I would add that the closer to His light we are, the more light we can catch and reflect.
